Learning:

----- 2023 January -----
"This research program is beneficial for me to grasp some extra-curriculum knowledge, broaden the horizons, and enhance my skills. Through the re-production process, I have not only had a rigorous insight into agricultural technology worldwide, but I have also improved my oral English and video producing skills. In addition, conducting in-depth research independently to enrich the content and to check the data accuracy with a critical mind is also what I learned. Lastly, I learned to be audience-friendly, such as replacing "meanwhile" with "at the same time" to be more straightforward and clear, which will have a positive impact on my future presentation."

----- 2023 March -----
"My second project concentrated on the shared value created by ESG, which has been a heated topic recently. In order to have a rigorous insight into this article, I have read numerous papers, journal articles, and reports pertinent to it, which enhance my concrete understanding of the abstract concepts, such as the two scenarios of the business environment and the two ESG strategies. Additionally, this learning activity complements my academic study of microeconomics through applying the cost-benefit analysis to the decisions related to ESG. Lastly, the case studies on Uniqlo, Tesla, Shein, and Patagonia foster my business developing skills and teach me how to maintain an equilibrium between ESG and income."
