----- 2023 January ----- "While working on this article, I learned about SPAC market, a new to get into public market for companies. Before that, I had never been exposed to knowledge related to SPAC market. Through the production of this video, I understood the operation mode of SPAC market and its advantages and disadvantages. By comparing it with the way of IPO, I got a much clearer picture of both of them and was more familiar with the differences between the two. At the same time, during the production process, I learned to make simple flow charts and how to make my videos more concise and clear."
