In the summer of 1997, after obtaining my Ph.D. degree, I joined the Economics Department of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2002 Fall, I joined the School of Economics and Finance of the University of Hong Kong.
In 2016, I decided to retire and thus left the University of Hong Kong. It turned out, it was only a gap year.
